Job Summary
Graduate Software Engineer responsible for contributing to software projects, collaborating with engineers and commercial teams, writing clean, maintainable code and assisting with debugging/testing, participating in design discussions and code reviews, and continuously building technical/domain knowledge while leveraging AI capabilities to accelerate development and scalability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 0 to 1 year of professional experience in software development (internships and academic projects included)
- Strong understanding of core programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms
- Exposure to web technologies, APIs, or databases through coursework, internships, or personal projects
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, LLMs) to accelerate problem-solving and automate repetitive coding tasks
- Familiarity with integrating Third-Party APIs (including OpenAI/Anthropic) or deploying open-source models is a strong plus
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a strong desire to learn and grow
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Clear communication and a collaborative mindset
