Required Qualifications
- Recently completed (within the last 12 months or about to complete) a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or a related technical field
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, 3D printing, or digital technologies is a strong plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional teams
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering high-quality service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with data analysis tools or programming (e.g., Excel advanced functions, Power BI, Python) is a plus
