Job Summary
Graduate role to build operational, analytical and technical capability within Finning's Service - Operations. The role exposes you to service delivery, operational processes, continuous improvement and technical problem solving to support safe, reliable, and efficient customer operations. Responsibilities include learning and applying mechanical, electrical or electronic engineering skills, leading or supporting structured improvement projects focused on efficiency and service performance, supporting planned maintenance and servicing activities, assisting with fault diagnosis and repair using approved procedures, using diagnostic tools and technical documentation to support equipment reliability, analyzing service processes to improve efficiency and customer experience, contributing to Lean and digital process improvements, collecting and interpreting operational data for decision-making, collaborating with experienced engineers and supervisors, maintaining accurate service records, and engaging in safety programs, coaching and performance feedback. The role also emphasizes Finning values, teamwork, accountability, and the pursuit of continuous improvement and high standards.
Required Qualifications
- Completed undergraduate degree (Level 6 or equivalent) in a relevant technical discipline such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive/Plant/Marine or Heavy Equipment Engineering, Engineering Technology or similar
