Job Summary
Graduate Sales Executive to join Windcave's sales team in London. Own your results from day one with proactive prospecting via cold calling, email outreach, and social selling. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline, qualify leads, and run independent sales conversations with senior backup. Receive full training on products, pricing, and the payments landscape, and represent Windcave at industry events and networking forums. Responsibilities include maintaining CRM records, hitting KPIs, and contributing to a high outbound activity and pipeline growth. Hybrid work arrangement (3 days in the office) and opportunities for progression toward a senior sales role. Required: 2025 or 2026 graduate, strong academic background, excellent communication, curiosity, tech affinity, resilience, and right to work in the UK (no sponsorship). Compensation includes competitive base salary plus commission and incentives.
