Graduate Sales Administrator

Job Summary
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Team by responding to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and Live Chat, qualifying requirements, and preparing accurate quotations. Maintain customer records and update the CRM system while coordinating appointments for Area Sales Managers and managing post-order administration, including product queries and delivery updates. Support customers with after-sales enquiries and resolve issues professionally, working closely with teams to ensure an excellent customer experience. Develop knowledge of products, customers, and commercial processes through ongoing training. This role offers a competitive salary, discretionary annual bonus, and 15 work-from-home days per year. Required Qualifications
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications or another relevant subject
- Relevant transferable experience gained through work, internships or placements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook and Excel
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- Previous customer service or office experience
