Job Summary
Graduate Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Night shift in the Chicago Metro Area. Provide respiratory therapy treatments and pulmonary diagnostic services in an acute care setting, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of care across patient populations. Administer oxygen, aerosol therapy, and airway management; implement patient-specific respiratory care plans; document care in the EMR; may serve as Lead RCP during assigned shifts. Requires State RCP license and NBRC RRT certification; Associate or Bachelor degree preferred, High School Diploma or equivalent required. Relocation assistance available for candidates relocating to Illinois. Excellent pay with shift differentials in a high-acuity environment within a large healthcare system.
Required Qualifications
- State Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License required
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification from the NBRC required
- Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science degree preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
