Job Summary
Graduate-Respiratory Therapy/Night role in a high-acuity, critical care environment within a large healthcare system. Deliver respiratory therapy treatments, pulmonary diagnostic services, and care plans in an acute care setting. Responsibilities include administering respiratory therapy treatments (oxygen, aerosol, airway management), implementing patient-specific care plans, and documenting care in the EMR. May serve as Lead RCP during assigned night shifts. Requires RCP licensure and NBRC-certified RRT credentials; an Associate or BS degree is preferred, HS diploma or equivalent required. Includes relocation assistance for candidates relocating from outside Illinois and a sign-on bonus up to $15,000. Salary range is equivalent to $37.00–$49.80 per hour (full-time, non-exempt).
Required Qualifications
- State Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License required
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) required
- Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science degree preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
