Job Summary
Conduct daily field trial activities including weed, disease, and insect identification, trial design and implementation, and agricultural chemical application. Interpret data and build relationships with growers, clients, and industry professionals within the Narrabri branch. Operate machinery with demonstrated confidence while maintaining high attention to detail. Participate in the XSeed Growth and Development Program featuring one-on-one mentoring, field training, and networking at industry events. This role requires a tertiary qualification in Agriculture or Horticulture, a current driver's licence, and an immediate start date.
Required Qualifications
- tertiary qualification in Agriculture, Horticulture or similar
- genuine interest in cementing your career in the Narrabri region
- demonstrated experience and confidence in machinery operation
- available to commence ASAP
