Job Summary
As a Graduate Rehabilitation Consultant in Osborne Park, WA, you will deliver return-to-work services to help injured clients and their employers achieve safe, sustainable outcomes. Responsibilities include worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment and home assessments; identifying RTW barriers; liaising with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers; implementing services per SLAs; delivering high-level rehabilitation across portfolios; conducting internal and external case reviews to drive strategy; and representing WorkFocus at public forums and committees. The role requires an Australian-recognised degree with full accreditation in OT, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic or Physiotherapy, willingness to travel, and strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills. Flexible working arrangements in the community, from home and in-office are offered to support career development and mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- Australian recognised degree qualification and full Accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, ChiroprACTor or Physiotherapy
