Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Graduate Recruitment Consultant for Finatal in London (hybrid). You will identify, attract and shortlist candidates for private equity mandates, headhunt passive candidates, manage candidate relationships through the recruitment cycle, conduct screening calls (in-person and virtual), brief candidates on opportunities, provide market intelligence, and send speculative CVs to clients. You’ll also map markets, attend client meetings with senior consultants, research backers and competitors to create client packs, and support both candidate and client management with sales-driven activity. The role includes training and onboarding with fast-track progression opportunities, a base with quarterly commission, and a recruitment-focused, team-based culture. You’ll work primarily in London, with a hybrid work arrangement and start between July and September.
