Job Summary
Graduate to join United Infrastructure’s Water business as part of a two-year graduate programme. You will support the commercial team, assist Quantity Surveyors with estimating and cost control on construction projects, assess subcontractor applications and payments, support tenders, help prepare monthly valuations, reports and variations, and develop professional skills toward accreditation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2.2 Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
- Good IT skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Good organisation, time management and communication skills
- Driving licence or actively working towards
- Awareness of NEC contracts
