Job Summary
Graduate Quantity Surveyor/Employers Agent role focusing on cost management across pre- and post-contract duties. Responsibilities include cost modelling and planning, benchmarking, value and risk analysis, attending design team meetings, procurement and tender tasks, compilation of contract documents, site valuations, financial reporting, and change control procedures. The role offers exposure to live client projects, mentorship, and a structured development programme aimed at achieving Chartership with the relevant international body, with opportunities to work on projects across the UK & Ireland. Strong written and verbal communication, proactive teamwork, and the ability to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary environment are essential. The programme includes formal training modules, CPD activities, and on-the-job technical development to support early career growth in cost management for construction projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quantity Surveying (min 2:1)
