Job Summary
Conduct intensive three-month training in Amsterdam covering core business, financial products, market dynamics, pricing strategies, and proprietary trading systems. Monitor markets, identify opportunities, and contribute directly to desk performance after completing coursework, trading simulations, and instruction from Senior Traders and Quantitative Researchers. Develop skills to make informed, split-second decisions in dynamic financial markets while progressively taking on greater responsibility on a New York trading desk. Application for Fall 2027 start date; process takes 4-8 weeks.
Required Qualifications
- University degree, preferably in a STEM-related field
- Demonstrable interest in trading and global financial markets
- Understanding of financial products
- Excellent mental math, quantitative, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Python
- Ability to think on your feet, reason logically, and deliver under pressure
- Entrepreneurial and competitive mindset with an eagerness to innovate and find creative solutions
- Desire to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment that offers great challenges and rewards
