Job Summary
Prepare for the trading day by gathering information on risk and payoff characteristics of options and translating this into correct volatility pricing. Be responsible for pricing and trading options on listed financial instruments, manage and optimize daily trading positions, and collaborate with trading teams and developers to adjust pricing variables and system settings based on current market conditions. Continuously monitor the market to research and identify profitable opportunities, while learning and contributing to building, maintaining, and enhancing the company's codebase and technology stack. This six-month training program blends advanced option theory with real market making experience from day one, starting in February or August 2027.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university program
- Graduating between December 2026 and June 2027
- Bachelor's or higher degree
- Degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline
- Strong interest in financial markets and (options) trading
- Willingness to learn new skills, such as programming (Python)
- Commitment to researching and improving trading strategies
- Exceptional numerical, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to innovate
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Availability for full-time employment starting in February 2027 or August 2027
- Currently authorized to work in the United States
- Not eligible for visa sponsorship
