Job Summary
Conduct rotations across functions, business areas, or locations for up to 12 months over a two-year period to gain hands-on experience and network within the energy transition. Solve complex problems, innovate, and influence strategic direction in disciplines including Construction, Electrical Power, Maintenance, and Subsea Technology. Collaborate with stakeholders, facilitate diverse teams, and contribute to a zero-harm culture while adapting to digitally enabled environments. Gain access to virtual and in-person learning modules, mentorship, and on-the-job training to develop skills for shaping the future of energy.
Required Qualifications

- You have a master's degree or PhD with a good academic record
- You are fluent in English
- You do not have more than two years of relevant full time work experience
- Formal working experience is not a requirement
- Official transcript(s) of records showing all completed higher education courses and grades
- Transcripts must be provided in English or a Scandinavian language
- Background checks are performed on all final candidates
- All permanent and temporary hires will be screened using relevant sanctions lists to ensure compliance with sanctions laws
- You will be asked for information on affiliation to high-risk countries for a security assessment
