Job Summary
Contribute to decisions and processes supporting Equinor's business performance, projects, and sustainable development across disciplines including Legal, People, Project Management, Safety, and Supply Chain. Collaborate across teams to shape organisational growth, optimise supply chains, and drive commercial improvements while navigating complexity in the energy transition. Gain hands-on experience through 3–12-month rotations across functions, business areas, or locations, supported by mentors and on-the-job training. Apply your strategic thinking to help turn ambitious goals into action within our global team of 25,000 colleagues working in more than 20 countries.
Required Qualifications

- You have a master's degree or PhD with a good academic record
- You are fluent in English
- You do not have more than two years of relevant full time work experience
- Formal working experience is not a requirement
- Official transcript(s) of records showing all completed higher education courses and grades
- Transcripts must be provided in English or a Scandinavian language
- Background checks are performed on all final candidates
- All permanent and temporary hires will be screened using relevant sanctions lists to ensure compliance with sanctions laws
- You will be asked for information on affiliation to high-risk countries for a security assessment
