Job Summary
Conduct rotations across functions and business areas over a two-year period to gain hands-on experience in Petroleum Engineering and Geosciences. Interpret reservoirs, optimize drilling and production, and influence field development strategies while supporting the energy transition. Engage in on-the-job training and mentorship to develop skills in subsurface understanding and responsible resource unlocking.

- You do not have more than two years of relevant full time work experience
- Formal working experience is not a requirement
- Official transcript(s) of records showing all completed higher education courses and grades
- Transcripts must be provided in English or a Scandinavian language
- Background checks are performed on all final candidates
- All permanent and temporary hires will be screened using relevant sanctions lists to ensure compliance with sanctions laws
- You will be asked for information on affiliation to high-risk countries for a security assessment
