Job Summary
Conduct real projects alongside experienced colleagues across disciplines including automation, robotics, cybersecurity, and IT within a two-year rotational programme. Contribute to digital transformation initiatives that drive innovation across all business areas while navigating complexity in the energy transition. Gain hands-on experience through on-the-job training and rotate across functions, business areas, or locations to network and experience different parts of the business. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD with a good academic record
- Fluency in English
- No more than two years of relevant full time work experience
- Identification with values that guide decisions and help succeed and grow: open, collaborative, courageous and caring
- Adherence to safety and security expectations contributing to a zero-harm culture
- Ability to communicate well, facilitate collaboration, influence stakeholders, and contribute to a diverse and inclusive culture
