Job Summary
Conduct rotations across Finance & Control or Market Analysis & Trading disciplines in Stavanger over a two-year period. Work alongside experienced colleagues to solve complex challenges across the energy value chain, applying market understanding and data-driven decision-making to support the energy transition. Leverage hands-on experience and mentorship to build skills for shaping future energy landscapes.
Required Qualifications

- You do not have more than two years of relevant full time work experience
- Formal working experience is not a requirement
- Official transcript(s) of records showing all completed higher education courses and grades
- Transcripts must be provided in English or a Scandinavian language
- Background checks are performed on all final candidates
- All permanent and temporary hires will be screened using relevant sanctions lists to ensure compliance with sanctions laws
- You will be asked for information on affiliation to high-risk countries for a security assessment
