Job Summary
Conduct product analysis and improve payment flows for real merchants and customers across Italy. Analyze product performance, understand customer needs, and support the development of new features and enhancements. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to evolve Nexi's payment solutions and translate complex infrastructure into user-friendly tools. Complete two department rotations over 12 months before transitioning into the landing role. Work full-time with a permanent contract from day one, starting within three months.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated within the past 12 months or will graduate in 2026
- Master's degree in Business, Economics, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or another field relevant to product development
- No more than one year of professional experience
- Based in Italy
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Available to work full-time
- Can start within the next three months
- Have the legal right to work in Italy (e.g. residency or visa)
