Graduate Program

Graduate Program for university graduates in agriculture with hands-on experience across Lawson Grains and Lawson Logistics, based in Albury, NSW. Program spans one year, focusing on professional development, exposure to end-to-end supply chain management of agricultural commodities, and rotation through a corporate farming and logistics environment. Eligible candidates are final-year or recent graduates with degrees in Agriculture Science, Farm Management, or Agribusiness, who are Australian citizens or permanent residents, hold a current driver’s license, and are available to start January 2027 at the Albury corporate office. Application requires cover letter, resume, and academic transcript; feedback and panel interview process with placements offered by mid-September 2026.
