Job Summary
HOPE Farm Graduate Program Interns operate within the ministry as professional staff, learning through hands-on collaboration with HOPE Farm teams to advance academic, professional, and personal goals. Interns participate in weekly staff meetings, execute learning goals in line with their graduate program guidelines, complete required behavioral expectations, and complete the Ministry Safe Child Abuse Awareness & Prevention Course. The role involves collaborating on tasks with supervisors and fellow staff, contributing to programs for the families served, and maintaining alignment with the organization’s Statement of Faith while supporting HOPE Farm’s mission.
