Job Summary
Graduate Program Coordinator II supporting the College of Education and Human Development: oversee graduate student admissions and onboarding, advising on degree requirements and academic progress, coordinate registration, degree audits, and record-keeping, and assist with student success initiatives; manage communications, deadlines, and program expectations; collaborate with faculty and the Graduate and Professional School, coordinate events/orientations, and contribute to admissions workflows and onboarding; develop and maintain advising materials and processes to support graduate students and program operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least one year of experience in higher education or a related field
