Job Summary
BDR Graduate Program for Maintenance (CMMS) in Europe. You will start in the BDR role with 100–200 named accounts in your territory, conduct senior outbound conversations with VP-level and above, perform signals-driven outreach, and manage a qualified pipeline in HubSpot. You will leverage an AI stack (Claude, ZoomInfo, Apollo, n8n, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to research, enrich, draft, and monitor signals; pilot AI SDRs and contribute to building a scalable, AI-enabled BD organization. The program offers a clear career path toward AE, Senior BD, or BD leadership within 18–36 months, with a hybrid work option and opportunities across the Benelux market; native or near-native Dutch and English proficiency are required.
