Job Summary
Graduate Product Support Engineer to assist in escalation support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and collaboration with Product Engineering, Quality, and Services to improve HP Additive Manufacturing products and services. Responsibilities include escalation support and troubleshooting, data collection and log analysis, contributing to root cause analysis, cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Quality, and Services, preparing summaries for internal reporting, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Knowledge & skills emphasize problem-solving, structured troubleshooting, strong communication, analytical mindset, and familiarity with tools such as Jira, CRM, CAD, or data analysis, with a focus on learning structured processes and growing toward advanced technical escalation roles in a global HP environment. Education requirement includes Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, with a preference for interest in additive manufacturing and complex systems.
