Job Summary
Support supplier qualification, selection, and evaluation processes by collecting and reviewing documentation, managing certifications, and coordinating with engineering and quality teams. Assist in contract administration, maintain procurement records, and communicate daily with suppliers regarding quotations, delivery updates, and technical specifications. Monitor supplier performance and contribute to continuous improvement efforts while managing sourcing solutions for engineering and telecom-related products. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or those with up to two years of experience, offering a mentorship program and training workshops within the first six months.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Procurement, Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Interest in developing a career in procurement, supplier management, and technical sourcing
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with engineering teams and suppliers
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good command of English
- Recently graduates or 1-2 years after graduation
