Job Summary
Evaluate patients and residents to collect data, observe conditions, and report changes. Contribute to nursing assessments and care plans while administering medications and performing treatments per physician orders. Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff under the direction of a Registered Nurse during an orientation period. Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and satisfaction for patients, residents, and families.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an approved school for vocational nursing
- Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing
- Must be pending licensed practical nurse licensure
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing
