Graduate Practical Nurse, GPN

Evaluate patients and residents to collect data, observe conditions, and report changes. Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning while administering medications and performing treatments per physician orders. Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff under the direction of a registered nurse. Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and satisfaction for patients, residents, and families.
