Graduate People Assistant needed to support the People/HR team on a three-month fixed-term basis. Responsibilities include coordinating mandatory compliance and training sessions for employees, supporting onboarding for subcontractors and system setups, performing validation and compliance checks for site access, maintaining accurate documentation and records, and liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth processes, along with general administrative support. The role emphasizes hands-on exposure to compliance, onboarding, and site operations activities in a fast-paced environment. Desirable qualifications include a degree in HR, Business, or a related field and prior experience in HR, training, or administrative roles.
