Job Summary
Conduct patient care activities under RN direction across Milne, Lyman, and Hooker units, including telemetry monitoring, ventilator support, LVAD management, and care for stroke, spinal cord injury, and traumatic brain injury populations. Provide wound care and pulmonary support for patients with an average 25-30 day length of stay. Requires Gaylord CNA program graduation and certification testing. Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- Graduate of Gaylord Hospital's Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Program
- Proof of Certification testing date
