Job Summary
Coordinate and quality-check critical data and documentation flows between internal teams and external market stakeholders to ensure accurate, consistent processing. Review and validate operational data, monitor task status, and escalate delays to keep core workflows moving efficiently. Assist with investigating operational queries from internal teams and market counterparties while contributing to internal reporting and control checks. Identify patterns in recurring issues and suggest improvements to simplify and de-risk existing processes. This graduate opportunity supports the central operations team of a leading London Market insurance syndicate, offering a strong entry point to grow into senior operational or leadership roles.
Required Qualifications
- Strong aptitude for learning

- Confident working with data in Excel (e.g. lookups, pivots, basic reconciliation logic)
