Job Summary

Support IT and operational change initiatives throughout the project lifecycle by carrying out readiness activities including requirements gathering, testing support, procedure updates, communications, and training materials. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure business areas are prepared for upcoming change while supporting release management and early life support processes. Produce project documentation, reports, and management information, and participate in process reviews to identify opportunities for service improvement. Work 37.5 hours per week in a hybrid role in Stirling, with a start date of September/October 2026. You will develop within a structured programme focusing on project delivery, operational readiness, and business analysis.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduated within the last two years, or be due to graduate in 2026
  • Minimum 2:2 degree in a relevant discipline
  • Relevant degree disciplines: Business Management, Project Management, Business Information Systems, Operations Management, Economics, Communications, Business Studies, Change Management, or a related discipline with a focus on business operations, project delivery, organisational change or stakeholder management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work to deadlines
  • Confident using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable learning and using new technologies and digital tools
  • An interest in AI, automation and how technology can support business change
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Based in Stirling
  • Hybrid working arrangements available in line with business requirements

  • An understanding of project delivery or change management principles
