Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the onboarding journey. Collaborate with the IBD Client Onboarding team to prioritize new client onboardings, ensuring timely completion of KYC processes and the opening of trading accounts. Manage the prioritization of ISDA negotiations, working alongside negotiators to secure internal approvals and escalate stalled or commercially sensitive files. Oversee files outsourced to external counsel firms, assisting with internal GS approval procedures to maintain compliance. Develop and implement transparent reporting mechanisms to keep the business informed on onboarding progress while fostering an open forum for issue escalation. This 6-month contract starts ASAP for a graduate with a law degree and fluency in French or German.
Required Qualifications
- A valid law degree
- Fluency in French or German
- Strong organizational and communication skills
