Job Summary
Answer basic email inquiries and direct in-depth questions to appropriate advisors. Assist with logistics and promotion of office events while organizing and maintaining student appointment data. Update information on websites and WCL platforms including Canvas and LibGuides. Create and update office handouts and flyers to keep the OAE office organized. Work 20 hours per week in-person on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Required Qualifications
- enrolled American University student
- graduate student at American University
- not a WCL student
- current American University employee must apply through employee Workday account
- available for in-person work at AUWCL (Tenley Campus)
- available for Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
- 20 hours per week availability
- Fall 2026 semester availability
- ability to answer basic email inquiries
