Job Summary
Provide nursing care and services to residents in accordance with individualized care plans while administering medications, treatments, and clinical procedures as directed. Monitor resident conditions, accurately document care and outcomes, and communicate changes to physicians, nursing leadership, and family members. Receive shift reports, conduct resident rounds, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support health and well-being. Maintain accurate medical records, follow facility policies, infection control practices, and HIPAA requirements. Perform additional duties as assigned under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Recent nursing graduates eligible for NY licensure are sought for this flexible, all-shift role at a CMS 5-Star facility.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Graduate Nurse currently eligible for licensure in New York State
- Physical ability to perform frequent activity and lift a minimum of 20 pounds

- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
