Job Summary
Provides professional nursing care at the beginner practitioner level in a 27-bed telemetry unit for young adults to geriatric patients, acting as primary nurse and coordinating care planning with other disciplines. Responsibilities include delivering nursing care according to the nursing process and hospital standards, and applying any unit-specific specialized skills. Work is Full-Time at 0.9 FTE during Night Shift (1900-0700) with every 3rd weekend, 1 major, 1 minor and 1 split holiday, eligible for shift differential and sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Graduate Nurse position implies active nursing license or eligibility
- Telemetry experience is advantageous but not explicitly required in posting
