Job Summary
This position is for RN Graduate Nurses graduating in Spring 2026, responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care under direct supervision of a Registered Nurse as part of a twelve-month Nurse Residency Program. Key responsibilities include patient assessment, documentation of care, implementation of treatment plans, and engaging in interdisciplinary education. Required qualifications include a nursing degree and a temporary practice permit in Pennsylvania, with preferred qualifications of a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. The role emphasizes leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required.
- Current licensure to practice under a Temporary Practice Permit as a Graduate Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) approved curriculum of the American Heart Association (CPR and AED) program required.
- Graduate nurse must successfully complete licensure exam within six months of graduation.
