Job Summary
This position is for RN graduate nurses graduating in Spring 2026, responsible for patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse while enrolled in a Nurse Residency Program. The role includes assessment, documentation, and education related to patient care, compliance with health regulations, and participation in performance improvement activities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required
- Current licensure to practice under a Temporary Practice Permit as a Graduate Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) approved curriculum of the American Heart Association (CPR and AED) program required
