Job Summary
The Graduate Nurse Residency Program at Meritus Medical Center offers recent nursing graduates an opportunity to transition into clinical practice through a 12-month residency designed to build foundational nursing skills. Participants will receive mentorship from experienced nurses and have access to various specialty units including orthopedics, neurology, and trauma. Required Qualifications
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland or by Compact/Multistate License with approval to work in MD
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- BLS certification
- 2 Letters of Recommendation
- Letter of Intent

- Employees must maintain a workload of at least .9 full-time equivalent (FTE) and have obtained their undergraduate degree within the past 6 months
