Graduate Nurse-Rehab

Conduct ongoing patient observations, assessments, and nursing actions to identify needs using professional judgment. Perform less skilled clinical tasks initially, progressing to skilled procedures through evaluation under RN or physician supervision. Execute quality assessment and continuous improvement activities while adhering to safety, infection control, and Hurley Family Standards of Behavior. Complete the forty-five-day orientation program to qualify for promotion to General Duty Nurse upon passing the Michigan Registered Nurses Licensing Examination.
