Job Summary
Conduct a guided transition into the Medical ICU specialty through a structured curriculum featuring experienced preceptors and hands-on learning. Deliver patient-focused, whole-person care in the Everett Medical Center Colby unit while applying specialized training to support vulnerable community members. This fellowship requires more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience and graduation from an accredited nursing program. The position is full-time with multiple shifts available, offering additional compensation through shift differentials and standby/on-call premiums.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- 1 year of Nursing experience (new to specialty)
- more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience
