Job Summary
As a Graduate Nurse in Orthopedics, you will work under the direction of professional RNs to assess patients' physical, emotional, clinical, and psychosocial needs. Your role includes planning and implementing appropriate interventions and evaluating their effectiveness in a timely manner. This position requires a Missouri Registered Nurse license or a compact state RN license within specified timeframes after graduation or passing the NCLEX exam. The role is full-time at night, averaging 36 hours per week, and includes a $6,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Must obtain a Missouri Registered Nurse license or Registered Nurse license from a compact state within ninety (90) days after graduation or thirty (30) days after passing the NCLEX exam in a state other than Missouri.
- If obtaining a compact license it must be held in the Registered Nurse’s state of residence.
