Job Summary
Earn a nursing diploma or degree from an accredited institution and pass the NCLEX exam within 120 days of hire to obtain your Tennessee Nursing License. Complete required certifications including Basic Life Support within 90 days and Advanced Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, or Trauma Nursing Core Course within one year, depending on your assigned unit. Obtain specific role-based credentials such as Critical Care, Cardiac Telemetry, or Neonatal Resuscitation Program within designated timeframes. Maintain ongoing certification in areas like Acute Critical Care Nursing or Oncology immunotherapy as applicable to your clinical placement.

- STABLE certification
