Graduate Nurse - NIGHT SHIFT - Emergency Nursing

Graduate Nurse - Night Shift in Emergency Nursing. RN - Acute Care - Cardiac Telemetry on a full-time night shift. Provides patient-centered nursing care using the Nursing Process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) within an interdisciplinary team. Delivers high-quality, safe patient care, coordinates care and documentation, and supports performance improvement initiatives. Serves as a preceptor/mentor for other nurses and staff, promotes evidence-based practice, and adheres to organizational policies and standards. Requires registration/licensure as an RN in Georgia with a minimum of 5 years RN experience preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills are essential for delivering compassionate care in a fast-paced environment.
