Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle while maintaining organizational standards of practice. Coordinate patient care activities for all assigned staff to ensure quality delivery. Maintain a current Georgia Registered Nurse license or NLC/eNLC Multistate License and hold BLS certification. A Bachelor's degree and one year of hospital experience are preferred for PRN positions. This graduate role supports the MedSurg unit at Piedmont Fayette Hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a nursing program
- New Graduates of a nursing program eligible
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
- BLS certification
Desired Qualifications
- One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting
- Bachelor?s degree
- Advanced certification in field of specialty
