Job Summary
Graduate Nurse - IMCU: Provides professional nursing care at the beginner practitioner level within an assigned unit, requiring adherence to established procedures, protocols and regulations, and coordinates care planning with other disciplines. May require specialized skills depending on unit assignment. The role is in an IMCU caring for patients with respiratory and cardiac conditions. This is a full-time position on the night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) with 0.9 FTE (72 hours per biweekly period) and an every-third-weekend-and-holiday rotation. It includes unit orientation and participation in a WellSpan Accredited Nurse Residency Program, and offers a sign-on bonus with eligibility for shift and weekend differential pay.
