Graduate Nurse ICU Opportunities

Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and monitor progress while serving as a patient and family advocate. Demonstrate age-specific knowledge regarding growth, development, and unit procedures. Function as a preceptor, charge nurse, or educator to coordinate care and communicate with interdisciplinary teams. Maintain accurate patient records, adhere to safety guidelines, and participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer reviews. Engage in professional development, mentor staff, and ensure efficient use of supplies. Maintain a clean work area and perform all other duties as assigned. This full-time night shift role at Baptist Health Princeton Hospital requires a current Alabama RN license and graduation from an approved nursing school.
