Job Summary
Provide nursing care and services to residents in accordance with individualized care plans, administering medications, treatments, and clinical procedures as directed. Monitor resident conditions, accurately document observations and outcomes, and communicate changes to physicians, nursing leadership, and family members as appropriate. Conduct resident rounds, receive shift reports, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support health and well-being while maintaining accurate medical records and adhering to facility policies, infection control, and HIPAA requirements. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Graduate Nurse currently eligible for licensure in New York State
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
