Job Summary
Deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient, resident, and family satisfaction. Manage patient care by performing nursing assessments and delegating aspects of care to LPNs and Nursing Assistants. Collaborate with the nursing team, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care, and communicate patient information with assigned staff during and between shifts. This role requires a graduate of an approved nursing school with current or pending licensure, offering full-time, part-time, or PRN positions with flexible scheduling at Genesis Healthcare.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or awaiting licensure number
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred
