Job Summary
As a Graduate Nurse in General Surgery, you will be responsible for systematically assessing patients' physical, emotional, clinical, and psychosocial needs while under the direction of professional RNs. Your duties will involve planning and implementing appropriate interventions and evaluating their effectiveness to provide safe and effective care. This position requires obtaining a Missouri Registered Nurse license or a compact state RN license within the specified timeframe.
Required Qualifications
- Must obtain a Missouri Registered Nurse license or Registered Nurse license from a compact state within ninety (90) days after graduation or thirty (30) days after passing the NCLEX exam in a state other than Missouri.
- If obtaining a compact license it must be held in the Registered Nurse’s state of residence.
